Rising to the challenge of delivering ever improving services with greater efficiency and smaller budgets

29 May 2014

As news breaks of eight potential youth services mutuals receiving support from the Cabinet Office Mutuals Information Service, as reported by Local Government Chronicle (LGC), Prospects invites local authorities and public sector organisations to attend a breakfast briefing to find out how establishing a mutual, joint venture or public private partnership could help them rise to the challenge of delivering ever improving services to the communities they serve, while pursuing a relentless drive towards greater efficiency and smaller budgets.

Join Prospects for breakfast at Leeds Crowne Plaza on Thursday 5th June to hear about major breakthroughs in public service innovation from a panel of expert practitioners, and be part of the dialogue about successful approaches to public service transformation.

The event will be chaired by Vincent McDonnell, Group Managing Director of Prospects and speakers will include Andy Rennison, Managing Director of 3BM which was the first mutual joint venture to spin out of local government; Alison Williams, Prospects Director of Youth Support who leads Prospects’ work with Gloucestershire County Council which recently won the LGC Public/Private Partnership of the Year award; Jenny Cryer, Prospects Regional Operations Director who leads partnerships across West Yorkshire, delivering services for children and young people in four of the five West Yorkshire local authorities and Patrick Burns, Prospects’ Director of Mutuals Development and a Cabinet Office Mutuals Ambassador.

Places at this event are strictly limited and prior booking is essential. Book your place now.
