Prospects has successfully delivered support for those with special educational needs and disabilities in Solihull since 2004.
We provide free impartial and confidential expert advice and support to parents and carers of children and young people (up to the age of 25) with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) helping to transform their lives and improve their education outcomes.
We understand that the quality of our team makes the difference. All our advisers have undertaken SEND legal training and have been recruited from a variety of backgrounds including teaching, advice and guidance, social care and personal experience.
The overall aim of our service is to provide a menu of flexible services for parents, children and young people who have SEND in order to empower them to play an active and informed role in their child's education.
Our work in Solihull is at the forefront of SEN and disability reform, we were SEND Pathfinder partners and the contributed to the resulting changes to legislation and practice.
