Skills London

Brought to you by London First and delivered with Prospects, Skills London is London’s biggest jobs and careers event for 15-24 year olds and their families. The event attracts over 30,000 visitors and 200 exhibitors including top employers, colleges, training providers and advisers.

The key to Skills London’s success is the high level of interactivity enabling exhibitors and visitors to come together, giving visitors the chance to have a go at the careers on offer and organisations the opportunity to explain their career routes and job opportunities.

Skills England

The Skills England series is made up of four separate events held in distinct regional areas of England; the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber, South West and North West.

Highly interactive, they focus on bringing young people and their key influencers together with a range of exhibitors such as employers, training providers, further education colleges and universities. The events welcome visitors of all abilities and ambitions from year 10 and above to discuss all the different routes available in transition. The events are held in key host cities; Newcastle, Leeds, Plymouth and Manchester and collectively welcome over 21,000 visitors every year.

Skills Scotland

The Skills Scotland events are held in three key locations; Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Established in 2009 the series delivers a wide audience of over 10,000 visitors every year and remains Scotland’s premier skills, jobs, careers and apprenticeship events for young Scots and their key influencers.

Every year the series has been supported by Skills Development Scotland and is marketed directly to schools, colleges and youth & community groups with a travel bursary offered to aid attendance.

SkillsCymru

SkillsCymru is the largest series of careers, jobs, skills and apprenticeship events in Wales, located in Cardiff and Llandudno and attracting up to 10,000 people each year. Over 100 companies and organisations enjoy meeting and influencing the next generation of Wales’ leaders and workers.

SkillsCymru is a joint event between Cazbah and Prospects and the event is supported by the Welsh Government and Careers Wales.

Skills Northern Ireland

Skills Northern Ireland is an interactive and inspiring two-day event for 14 – 19 year olds along with the people that may help and influence their future job and career choices. The event takes place at the Titanic Exhibition Centre, Belfast.

From the wide range of employers offering apprenticeships in key industry sectors to universities and colleges providing the answers to career route queries, sector skills councils and career guidance organisations, Skills Northern Ireland is the onestop shop for career opportunities in Northern Ireland.

The event will connect talented young people with job, career and skills opportunities across Northern Ireland.

National Career Guidance Shows

The National Career Guidance Shows are the UK’s leading series of career sector events. It is a unique opportunity for careers advisers, coaches, teachers, practitioners and other professionals working in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors to meet a range of organisations who can support educators.

The National Career Guidance Shows are brought to you by Prospects Events and the Career Development Institute. Working together since the first National Career Guidance Show in 2010 we aim to produce shows that have relevant content, interesting features and recognised learning.
