Our consultants have experience of working with senior leaders within schools as well as a good understanding of the Ofsted framework and expertise in many areas of school development.

Prospects can work in a number of dedicated areas such as:

• Guidance and professional challenge to governors to enable them to assist and work closely with the Governing Bodies.
• Help in analysing the Dedicated Schools Grant. Including advice on auditing, budgets, financial reporting and analysis of the schools organisation in regards to funding.

• Help with how to manage the inspection team, including the opportunity of a half day health check with an Ofsted inspector to review safeguarding procedures and their effectiveness.  Events aimed at making sure your school is prepared for the New Framework and the implications for you. • Writing the SEF, including support on how to write a robust evaluation form and tell the story of your school in a concise, persuasive and accurate manner.
• How to synchronise your self evaluation and school improvement plans.
• Various events throughout the year for head teachers and senior leaders within your school aimed at preparing for and making the most of your inspections.
• Support to governors such as training related to meeting the Ofsted framework and forming closer relationships between the governor and senior leadership in your school with a view to ensuring everyone is fully prepared for the inspection.
