Our support includes practical help with the conversion process such as working with school leaders on the future ethos and direction of the new academy, to matters such as HR, property asset management and ICT.

We have an expert team of experienced and skilled staff who have undertaken a range of work to support schools and academies in their self improvement. Prospects acquired an outdoor education centre at South Cerney, Gloucestershire in March 2012. We will invest in improvements to the facilities and accommodation to offer a wider range of outdoor pursuits. Building on our track record in delivering activities, education and training for young people, we will continue to work in partnership with Gloucestershire County Council.

Prospects will also be creating a 'Green Centre' at the site to promote environmental learning and interest in the countryside and rural crafts among pupils.
