The success of Prospects Improve continues to grow because of our high quality experience in supporting schools and academies, matched with our personal service. We believe schools will welcome the opportunity to develop a dedicated relationship where they select from our menu of ever-expanding activities and opportunities to meet their needs.

We have an excellent reputation for working with clusters or consortia of schools, offering advice and support on matters such as Community Cohesion, the Early Years Foundation Stage, parental involvement, governance and supporting children with learning difficulties.

Our advisers always arrive well prepared for their first visit. By maximising the information available through the last Ofsted inspection report, Raise-on-Line and the school's self-evaluation form (SEF), we will offer a brief report on the health of the school. Based on this information we launch discussion with the headteacher.

• Half day check of safeguarding procedures.
