John has a history of working both in the private and public sector and since the 1990’s been working within the early years sector, firstly as a Business Support Manager for a Local Authority as part of the early years team and, until joining Prospects, as the Business Development Director for one of the national umbrella organisations. Johns role is to manage the operational aspects and all staffing involved in the delivery of the Ofsted Early Years Inspection contract.

Louise comes from a business development background formed over many years working closely with local and national government to secure contracts for the voluntary and private sector organisations she has worked for. Louise has strong commercial experience and will support the early years service to excel in its delivery of current contracts, as well as develop relationships with the public sector and grow the early years division within Prospects.

Both Claire and Andrew are responsible for delivery of the work undertaken by inspectors and team managers under the Ofsted Early Years Inspection contract. Elements of their roles include:

Delivery of all inspection and regulatory events as required within the contract

Staff Performance Management

Quality and Timeliness of all work undertaken by the inspection service

Training

Recruitment and management of freelance inspectors

Graeme’s role includes responsibility for receiving all work from Ofsted, processing and allocating the work to the operational teams and ensuring that it is completed and returned to Ofsted within required time scales in order to meet the key performance indicators under the contract.

In addition Graeme manages all staff employed at Nottingham and day to day management of the information systems which support the service.
