| Lesley Ball |
Lesley is responsible for providing the leadership team with management reports across the full range of the early years service.
In addition she manages the allocation of inspector OINs, registration with Ofsted, HMI sign off confirmation and issues inspectors’ passports.
Lesley has responsibility for the timely and accurate invoicing to Ofsted on all our contract activities in partnership with finance colleagues. |

| Judith Chinnery |
|
Judith is responsible for planning and overseeing the delivery of all the training across the early years service.
Judith works with the early years training subgroup to identify training needs and to implement planned training for inspectors, (including freelance inspectors), administrators and managers. Judith is also part of Prospects Strategic Training Group on behalf of the early years service.
Judith is also responsible for planning and delivering all mandatory training for the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework in conjunction with Ofsted.

| Kelly Wells |
Kelly is responsible for the early years elements of the Prospects Corporate website as well as our own website for our early years staff. In addition Kelly has responsibility for both internal and external communications as well as other events on behalf of the service. Kelly represents the service on a number of Prospects corporate groups regarding communications and marketing.
