Medway Childminders

Prospects are delighted to be working with colleagues in Medway to deliver high quality care and learning to our youngest children in the borough.

Our service in Medway works closely with childminders reviewing how we can support individuals to ensure that every child is given the best possible start in life through their Early Years experiences with safeguarding at the heart of everything we do. We will support the childminders through inspections and encourage community work alongside Medway Children's Centres.

All childminders are offered a range of support which enables them to provide high quality care and learning in a safe environment where having fun is a key priority!

We promote parents as the prime educators for their children and working with parents is also, therefore, a priority for our service. This, together with partnerships with other services such as Children Centres, enables additional services to be available supporting parents will ensure that all children placed with child minders will have a solid foundation on which to learn for the future as they start school.
