Prospects is the Prime Contractor for the Work Programme, the Government's major Welfare to Work initiative to help unemployed people back to work in Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and Dorset. We are a leading sub-contractor for the Programme in London and Bristol. We support adults and young people into training and jobs and deliver these contracts for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) working closely with Jobcentre Plus.

Prospects Stewarding Report

Prospects also provides careers information and advice services (CIAS) to offenders in custody in Greater London through OLASS, the Offender Learning and Skills Service. We support offenders from the beginning of their sentence through to resettlement.
