Land Lease: Prospects managed a series of road shows throughout Kent, South London and Thanet to recruit hundreds of retail staff for the Bluewater shopping centre on behalf of Land Lease.
A series of recruitment events was organised by Prospects in the City (PitC) on behalf of EDF Energy and proved so successful that the power giant has re-commissioned a further series of similar opportunities fairs.
These events were aimed both at Year 9 pupils – to encourage them to study for single science subjects – and Years 10, 11 and 12, and college students to encourage applications to vocational courses. Through the events EDF will select students for its engineering apprenticeship programme.
