Inspiring success for individuals and organisations
Prospects delivers services for adults, young people and children across the UK and has nearly 1,200 highly skilled and experienced professional staff.

We are the largest national provider of Connexions services, in very different areas, and tailor our offer to fit local requirements. We develop excellent partnerships at all levels to assist councils, government departments and other organisations to meet their targets and outcomes. Drawing on our size, diversity and experience, we pilot innovations and extend best practice and economies of scale to all our contracts.
Prospects delivers information, advice and guidance (IAG) services for young people through Connexions, involving young people and their parents and carers. We offer IAG to adults through nextstep, to support them into training and jobs, working with Jobcentre Plus, and under contract to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). We provide IAG services in all London prisons
Prospects offers consultancy and advice in many different educational settings, including our Leading Parent Partnership Award in over 400 schools.
