A quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work has been achieved by the organisation responsible for the adult services in London, the South-West, the Black Country and the West Country. At the start of the year (21st January, 2010), it was announced that Prospects Services Ltd had again, met the Matrix standard and confirmed the investment the organisation made in the accreditation.

The accreditation review incorporated positive comments as to Prospects Services delivery of adult services, which included: “The majority of clients continued to confirm that when referred to a Prospects service, they had been given accurate information about the service they would receive.”

“Clients interviewed continued to confirm that the information available about the service in leaflets, websites, and verbally during initial meetings, accurately reflected the services they had received.”

Prospects Director of Education Services, Brenda Cabras praised staff for their dedication to jobseekers and said: “This is excellent news, the feedback was very positive indeed with much praise for our staff and their commitment to go that bit extra for their clients. The assessor went out of her way to congratulate staff on their dedication.”

The lead assessor also highlighted that partnership working was one of Prospects' particular strengths, which was endorsed by one major partner stating when interviewed, that Prospects is an ‘exemplar partner’.
Prospects Head of Performance Management, Antony Pearce also added "This has been a real team effort and my thanks to all the staff and managers that made this so worthwhile”.

Prospects has over 1200 staff across 60 offices, and are the leading provider of information, advice and guidance (IAG) services for adults, children and young people, including management and delivery of the nextstep contract for the whole of Greater London, West Midlands and South Yorkshire and IAG delivery in all London prisons.
