Apprenticeship opportunities and careers advice for young people aged 14+ will be on offer at Skills Yorkshire and the Humber set to take place at the Centenary Pavilion, Leeds UTD FC on 18 and 19 October 2017.
Celebrating 10 years of success and delivered by Prospects Events, Skills Yorkshire and the Humber 2017 aims to inspire young people and open their minds to the range of employment, training and learning options available in the region.
With an ever changing educational landscape and the UK set to undertake a bold and ambitious change in a post-Brexit Britain, Skills Yorkshire and the Humber is key in helping to showcase the range of opportunities available to young people post education in an interactive and dynamic environment.
Free to attend and with an evening opening between 4:00pm - 6:30pm on the first day specifically dedicated for family groups, individuals and groups of friends, Skills Yorkshire and the Humber is an ideal opportunity to discuss a young person’s future and help them take the steps they need to achieve their potential.
This inspirational and engaging event gives young people a unique opportunity to meet face to face with 50 exhibitors including potential employers, such as: BASF, British Army, Cranswick, Direct Line, Ernst & Young, Irwin Mitchell, ITV, Leeds United, Mediacom, National College for High Speed Rail, NHS with Health Education England, Northern Power Grid, RAF, Speedy Services and many more.
