Career guidance professionals recommend the National Career Guidance Show
The first of the National Career Guidance Show series was held in Leeds last week.
Career guidance professionals, Teachers, Advisers, Managers and industry experts took part in the event.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars, developing career knowledge and networking, were just some of the highlights.
After the event, a feedback survey revealed that 98% of visitors thought their visit worthwhile and beneficial.
Responses received included*:
Sarah, Adult Career Adviser, “I thought it was an excellent event for sharing information and updating my knowledge. It made me feel inspired to do my job!”
Lorraine, IAG Practitioner, “I definitely enjoyed the day and got a lot out of it. Speakers and exhibitors were generous with their time and expertise. The hosts and reception committee staff were helpful and charming, I was pleased that I went.”
Prospects and the Career Development Institute work together to ensure real benefits for visitors, with relevant ‘Industry Insight’ talks and informative exhibitors.
Two more National Career Guidance shows will take place soon; at Leicester City’s King Power Stadium on Wednesday 12th March, and at Olympia in London on Thursday 26th March.
The events are free to visit and registering to attend couldn’t be easier. For more information visit The National Careers Guidance Show website.
