Prospects shows its colours as a Leader in Diversity
This weekend the first of the London events takes place as part of the Pride Festival, Saturday 24 June to Sunday 9 July 2017, with the Parade and main events on Saturday 8 July 2017. Prospects is commited to supporting equality, diversity and inclusion and is an advocate for the rights of individuals to work, live and achieve in a fair society. We are celebrating Pride with a Prospects rainbow logo to show support for all lesbian, gay, bi and transgender people here and abroad.
At the beginning of 2017, Prospects won Best Large Company in the National Centre for Diversity Grand Awards, with Chief Executive, Nick Bell and Quality Director, Antony Pearce both also receiving nominations. So for Prospects their commitment to diversity is more than lip service it runs throughout the company’s DNA.
Nick Bell comments: "As well as having a long-standing personal commitment to improved equality and diversity, as CEO of the Prospects Group I also know that this approach benefits the business and the communities where we work. At Prospects we have a culture of celebrating diversity and a history of working with people from all walks of life. We continuous seek to improve the prospects for all members of society and recruit from the widest pool of talent which enables us to deliver quality services to a wide range of people from a wide range of backgrounds. It's that constant and consistent quality that has helped us thrive in the past and which underpins our future. Without strong EDI, helping us to tailor our approaches to individual customers, we would not be able to deliver and demonstrate that quality to everyone.”
