Prospects, the employee-owned education, employment, training and care provider are pleased to announce the acquisition of the UK children’s homes business ‘homes2inspire’ from G4S for £11.4m million paid in cash. The Clearwater International team advised the Prospects Group on this acquisition.
The homes2inspire business provides tailored education programmes, training and care services to more than 80 young people in 18 homes across the Midlands as part of a number of contractual agreements with local authorities.
As part of the transaction, all employees including senior management in homes2inspire will transfer to the Prospects Group.
The Prospects Group have supported vulnerable young people and children across England for over 20 years and is delighted to be expand its services further.
