Prospects judges National Centre for Diversity Further Education Awards

04 May 2016

Prospects, the education, employment, training and care company, has been invited to judge National Centre for Diversity Further Education Awards 2016. The awards showcase equality, diversity and inclusion within the Further Education (FE) sector.

Prospects works with young people across the country who are considering how to continue their education or find training and employment. Each year, Prospects works with thousands of young people to help them transition into adulthood with the skills, knowledge and experience they need for the future. Working with local authorities, Prospects provides targeted support to young people most in need, particularly those Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).

Antony Pearce, Director of Quality and Business Improvement Team at Prospects, will be judging the awards on the organisation’s behalf.

Antony Pearce, Prospects Director of Quality and Business Improvement Team, said:

“There is lots of great work taking place in the FE sector around equality, diversity and inclusion. This is important because future generations of leaders need to be aware and empowered to make the world a fairer place. The NCFD FE Awards are a great way to celebrate the outstanding work and success across the sector. I am thrilled to be part of the judging panel and look forward to receiving the nominations.”
