Prospects attends event to Inspire EO
Yesterday (Thursday 5 February), Prospects attended an event called “Inspire EO” for organisations wanting to find out more about employee ownership. Employee ownership is growing fast at a rate of 10% annually. More than 100 delegates from the public sector attended the event along with many more from the private sector.
Delegates heard from speakers including Rt Hon. Francis Maude MP, Minister for the Cabinet Office; Sir Charlie Mayfield, Chairman of the Jon Lewis Partnership and Sir George Cox, Pro-Chancellor of Warwick University.
Nick Bell, Prospects Chief Executive, lead a session on Public Service Mutuals at which delegates heard from City Health Partnership, SEQOL and Rochdale Housing about how the employee owned business model helps deliver quality, service and value.
