#Prospects2014: More than 100 people develop their careers thanks to CfA
CfA, part of the Prospects Group, is a recruitment service which specialises in sourcing staff for organisations in the advice and guidance, charity, education, employment and training sectors.
As a result of the economic crisis, recruitment has changed dramatically. Most industries are finding there is a lack of skilled talent to fill their vacancies, making recruitment very challenging. As the UK economy continues to rally, it is no surprise that HR leaders are altering the way they identify and appoint talent.
Against this backdrop, CfA have had another successful year, grown the team to now include seven recruitment consultants and a recruitment team administrator.
More importantly the team have placed 33 fundraising professionals in permanent roles for charities including MNDA, RSPCA, Place2Be, JDRF, Deafblind, Oxfam, National Autistic Society, Marie Curie, Donkey Sanctuary, British Red Cross and The Sick Children’s Trust during 2014.
CfA also recruits for the Prospects Group and this year has placed 69 people in roles across the Group.
