Prospects attends Employee Ownership Association Annual Conference
As the 13th largest mutual Prospects is attending the Employee Ownership Association’s Annual Conference today and tomorrow. The conference attracts delegates from established and aspiring employee owned organisations, offering them a chance to network and learn from more than 500 employee owners and industry experts.
This year colleagues from Prospects interested in joining the employee council will be attending alongside Chairman, Ray Auvray, Chief Executive, Nick Bell, and Director of Mutuals, Patrick Burns. The conference provides a choice of sessions for those that are new to employee ownership and those owners and employees of established employee owned businesses. Delegates are offered three separate sessions to participate in during the day from topics including:
- The basics of employee ownership
- Productivity, performance and growth
- Culture, communications and engagement
- Leadership, management and governance
- Fringe Sessions with industry presentations
Alastair Gilchrist, Prospects Director of Corporate Services and Transformation believes: “Attending the Employee Ownership Association’s Annual Conference will be a great opportunity for colleagues joining the Employee Council to understand more about what makes employee owned companies different and speak to and hear from other employee councils.”
The Annual Conference is organised on behalf of the Employee Ownership Association by Prospects Events.
