Vincent McDonnell is the Managing Director of Prospects, having taken up his position at the beginning of April 2008.

Vincent had previously worked in senior positions in Birmingham, Sheffield and Staffordshire local education authorities and spent two years as Chief Education Officer for the London Borough of Richmond. He joined Prospects from CfBT Education Trust where he was Director of Learning. He had been with Cambridge Education since 2000, during which time he had turned around the education service in Islington, London.

Vincent said of his appointment: “Prospects is one of the fastest growing businesses in the education sector and has a deserved reputation for offering a high quality service. I welcome the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the company.”
