More than 4,000 young people, teachers, parents and residents found out more about apprenticeships and other career paths at the Liverpool City Region Skills Show earlier this week.

Gloucestershire Youth Support Team has appointed Kat Aukett, as their new Operations Director. The role, running the county’s youth services for Prospects on behalf of Gloucestershire County Council, was previously held by Alison Williams, Director of Children and Family Services at Shaw Trust.

James successfully applies for an apprenticeship with support from the National Careers Service.

London First, Prospects’ partner in delivering the UK’s largest jobs and careers event, Skills London, has launched its Skills Action Plan for London.

Gemma has turned around her life after leaving school at 16 without GCSEs. She is now studying and volunteering in a nursery.
